Construction Safety Manager duties:

  • Identify potential safety hazards on construction sites and develop strategies to mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with project teams to establish site-specific safety plans and procedures.
  • Ensure that all construction activities adhere to relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety logs, staff certifications, incident reports, and OSHA record keeping.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across multiple job sites.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and state/local regulations.
