If selected by an employer, Global Hire may provide coordination and support related to licensing processes, immigration documentation, and relocation preparation required for employment in the United States.

However, Global Hire does not guarantee the approval of:

• Professional licenses

• Credential evaluations

• Visa applications

• Immigration petitions

All final decisions are made by the corresponding regulatory authorities and government agencies.

Global Hire reserves the right to discontinue or terminate a candidate’s application at any stage of the recruitment process if:

• False or misleading information is discovered

• Regulatory or immigration eligibility cannot be confirmed
