Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Call Agents to join our team on a project basis. Your primary role will be to support our outreach campaigns by engaging with potential business leads over the phone, introducing our clients' services, gathering key information, and assisting in scheduling meetings.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to B2B prospects using provided lead lists
• Clearly and professionally introduce client offerings
• Ask qualifying questions and collect lead information
• Schedule calls or demos with interested prospects
• Accurately log call outcomes and feedback
• Follow a simple outreach script
• Coordinate with internal project managers on campaign updates

Requirements

• Good spoken English and clear phone communication
• Friendly, confident, and professional communication style
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-driven
• Basic experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation is a plus
• Students and freelancers are encouraged to apply
