About the Role
We are looking for a talented Audio Mixing Engineer to join our long-term music project specializing in hip-hop and R&B. You will bring technical expertise and creative flair to mix multi-track recordings into professional, release-ready tracks that capture the unique energy of these genres.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix multi-track recordings into polished, high-quality songs.
• Collaborate closely with producers, artists, and songwriters to achieve the desired sound.
• Maintain consistency and clarity across multiple projects.
• Apply industry-standard mixing techniques for balance, depth, and genre authenticity.
• Deliver final mixes to industry standards and in required formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience mixing hip-hop and/or R&B tracks (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Logic Pro (preferred) or similar DAWs.
• Proficiency in at least one musical instrument.
• Strong knowledge of EQ, compression, reverb, delay, and other effects.
• English fluency (spoken and written).
• Strong time management skills and reliability in meeting deadlines.
