Role Overview:

Our client is hiring an HR Operations Manager to lead a team of two HR Advisors and one Administrator. Youll oversee all HR activities, deliver hands-on support, and drive continuous improvement, acting as the go-to expert on HR policies and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring high performance.
  • Provide expert advice on policies and complex employee relations.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and reward changes.
  • Oversee HR policy implementation and Health & Safety compliance.
  • Deliver HR reporting and support strategic projects.

Essential Experience:

  • Proven HR Operations Manager experience.
  • Strong team management and hands-on HR skills.
  • Expert knowledge of HR policies and UK employment law.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong HR software proficiency.
  • Discreet and organised problem-solver.
