Global Staff Connections is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment of top-tier professionals for our global clients, particularly in the accounting and professional services sectors. The role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the timely delivery of qualified candidates while maintaining an exceptional candidate and client experience.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and client partners to understand hiring needs and attract high-quality talent aligned with client requirements and company culture.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any relevant program
  • CHRA is an advantage, but not required
  • At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Experience recruiting for accounting, finance, or professional services roles is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in an RPO, BPO, or offshore staffing environment is an advantage.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be amenable to working the mid shift (2pm to 11pm) and reporting onsite 2x a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, conducting pre-screening interviews, facilitating behavioral and competency-based interviews, and endorsing qualified candidates to clients.
  • Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand job requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients regarding recruitment updates, candidate progress, and hiring timelines.
  • Provide regular communication and recruitment status updates to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the hiring process.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and competency-based interviews to evaluate technical qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of accounting and professional services candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate interview feedback discussions with clients and support them in evaluating candidates effectively.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns when needed.
