Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in learning and development, training, or organizational development.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting needs analysis, designing training programs, and facilitating behavioral or soft skills training.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and basic learning analytics.
  • Experience delivering training in virtual environments.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with distributed or outsourced teams.
  • Experience supporting cross-cultural or multinational teams.

Key Competencies and Skills:

  • Strong capability in learning needs analysis, instructional design, and facilitation.
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and behavioral skill development.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to translate abstract competencies into practical, workplace-relevant learning experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in environments with evolving requirements and a degree of ambiguity.
