About the job Learning and Development Specialist (In-house)
Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in learning and development, training, or organizational development.
- Demonstrated experience conducting needs analysis, designing training programs, and facilitating behavioral or soft skills training.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and basic learning analytics.
- Experience delivering training in virtual environments.
Preferred:
- Experience working with distributed or outsourced teams.
- Experience supporting cross-cultural or multinational teams.
Key Competencies and Skills:
- Strong capability in learning needs analysis, instructional design, and facilitation.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and behavioral skill development.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to translate abstract competencies into practical, workplace-relevant learning experiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in environments with evolving requirements and a degree of ambiguity.
