Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or global supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation, customs regulations, and relevant U.S. taxation related to international trade.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day inventory operations to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Analyze inventory trends and data to establish accurate reorder points and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics processes, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery management.
- Prepare, review, and maintain all documentation required for shipping, receiving, and customs compliance.
- Collaborate with global suppliers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Work with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners to resolve delays and maintain smooth operations.
- Support order fulfillment and distribution across multiple regions and customer segments.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies across warehouses and distribution channels.
- Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems and generate regular reporting for management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and logistics efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping requirements, import/export regulations, and company policies.
