Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business , Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account strategy, or client management in a software delivery model.
  • 2+ years of experience in call/contact center management.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Charts & Graphs, Formulas, etc.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise clients and deliver business outcomes through technology.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support :
    Deliver quality through best practices, as required to optimize the client experience.
  • Account Growth:
    Coordinate opportunities for account expansion in conjunction with the Senior Directors, to ensure long -term partnerships.
  • Client Reporting and Analysis :
    Analyze client reports and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance, escalating gaps as needed.
  • Case Management and Documentation :
    Identify issues and requests, submitting cases in Jira and/or Salesforce. Document and update standard operating procedures to ensure business continuity.
  • Cross -Functional Collaboration :
    Collaborate across the organization to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
    Additionally, you may be required to perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
