About the Position
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our client's team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations team, helping ensure that internal processes, schedules, and projects run smoothly.
You'll have the opportunity to work closely with different team members, assist with operational initiatives, and contribute to improving internal processes such as invoicing and administrative workflows. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting a fast-moving team.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, assisting with day-to-day tasks and internal projects
- Prepare and manage meeting schedules, calendars, and coordination for team meetings
- Assist with reviewing accounts receivable (AR) records and helping identify invoicing or billing process issues
- Support coordination of internal meetings, team activities, and company events
- Organize documents, maintain records, and assist with administrative tracking tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational processes are completed efficiently
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative, operations support, or a similar role
- Experienced in supporting invoicing, billing, or AR-related tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be well spoken and professional
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and administrative tools (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to changing priorities
