About the job Executive Assistant
Global Strategic Alliance LLC (GSA) is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO to support executive leadership with daily operations, coordination, and administrative workflows.
This role is ideal for a candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience working directly with a CEO in a fast-growing financial services and digital-asset firm. You will gain direct exposure to executive decision-making, business strategy, and professional operations in a remote, real-world environment.
Key Responsibilities
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will support both administrative and operational functions, including:
- Managing the CEOs calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating availability
- Assisting with email and Microsoft Teams communications
- Organizing documents, files, and internal records
- Preparing meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up action items
- Supporting interview coordination and onboarding logistics
- Assisting with basic research, presentations, and reports
- Coordinating with HR, finance, and leadership team members as needed
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, email, and basic productivity tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Professional, reliable, and eager to learn
