We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to join us on a freelance basis.

Your tasks

• Community Support: Assist and engage with our community in Spanish & German
  
• Talent Recruiting: Research, reach out to, and coordinate with potential talents
  
• Prepare Job Postings: Create and update compelling job advertisements

What you bring

• Excellent Spanish and German skills (spoken & written)
• Experience in assistance, recruiting, or community management is a plus
• Reliable, structured, and self-driven way of working
• Comfortable using digital tools and working remotely
