Winemaker 

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Winemaker / Bodeguero to join our winery team in Germany. You will be responsible for supporting the production of high-quality wines, from grape processing to fermentation and bottling. This position offers hands-on experience in all stages of the winemaking process in a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with grape reception, sorting, and processing during harvest.

• Monitor fermentation and perform daily cellar operations.

• Support aging, racking, and wine stabilization processes.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Operate and maintain winery equipment.

• Document winemaking activities accurately.

• Work closely with the head winemaker and cellar team.

• Follow hygiene and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a winery or related field is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of winemaking processes (training can be provided).

• Technical or vocational training in viticulture/oenology is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Physical fitness and willingness to work flexible hours during harvest.

• German language skills at minimum A2/B1 level (English is the main working language).
