About the job Marketing Manager in Wineyard
We are a family-run winery with a passion for quality, tradition, and innovation. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Manager who will shape and communicate our brand both online and offline.
Your Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook)

Create and update the website (e.g., using WordPress or website builders)

Design flyers, posters, labels, and print materials (for events, sales, etc.)

Support in organizing and promoting events, wine tastings, and trade shows

Develop and implement marketing strategies for direct and online sales

Write and send newsletters (via Mailchimp or similar tools)

Coordinate with external partners such as designers, photographers, and printers

Support or manage the online shop (if applicable)
Your Profile:

Training or experience in marketing, communications, or graphic design

Creativity and a good eye for design and visual storytelling

Familiar with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp

Interest in wine, food, and regional branding

Independent and well-organized working style
-
German skills at minimum B2 level (English can be the working language)

English skills are a plus

Team player with initiative and flexibility
