Tasks
As the DevOps Engineer, youll take charge of optimizing and advancing our CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure. Youll design and enhance monitoring systems for our backend and frontend services, ensuring maximum availability, full visibility, and top performance across all our platforms.

CI/CD Pipelines: Own, improve, and scale our CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodeMagic) to make deployments faster, safer, and more reliable.

Infrastructure: Manage and evolve our infrastructure on Google Cloud (GCP) using Terraform and Helm, ensuring scalability and security.

System Health: Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure system health, reliability, and visibility across services.

System Performance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize systems to ensure high performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

DevOps Strategy: Establish the foundation for DevOps as a function and help define scalable infrastructure practices as we grow.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers to embed DevOps best practices and empower them with great tooling.
Requirements
Essential skills and experience:

3-5 years of experience in a DevOps role

Proficiency in building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions

Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and Kubernetes/Helm
-
Experience with GCP or similar cloud providers, plus monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, Datadog)

Production-level experience with Kubernetes and Docker
