Currently, they are seeking new team members for their Electrical Commissioning team within the Electrical Drives, Battery Systems, and Machining and Systems Technology Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commissioning of Assembly Systems for Electric Drive, Battery and Fuel Cell Production as well as Machining Systems on site and at the customer's premises
  • Programming and configuration of control systems, HMIs, bus systems and interfaces to state-of-the-art sub-systems
  • Adaptation and expansion of control logic, control algorithms and user interfaces
  • Carrying out tests of individual machine functions as well as associated optimizations and troubleshooting
  • Analyzing and rectifying faults and continuously improving system performance
  • Creation of technical documentation and reports
  • Close cooperation with customers, project teams and other specialist departments (e.g. design)

Qualifications / Your Profile:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics and related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of commissioning experience for PLC Automated machines or plants
  • Good knowledge of PLC programming (preferably Siemens TIA or Beckhoff TwinCat)
  • Knowledge of communication with Fieldbuses, preferably in using variants like ProfiNet, and EtherCAT.
  • Experience in controlling and optimizing Servo Motor would be an advantage.
  • Strong hands-on mentality as well as a structured and independent way of working
  • Required to travel worldwide - 60-75% to successfully complete projects on site at the customer's premises
  • Willingness to learn the German language.
