PRW001 - Permanent Position as a CNC Operator - in Germany

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate 5-axis CNC machines independently
• Set up and optimise pre-programmed CNC operations
• Adjust cutting parameters (speed, feed rate, etc.)
• Conduct collision checks and run-in programs at the machine
• Perform tool monitoring and maintenance
• Make minor program edits directly at the control panel
• Work primarily on single-part precision components (not serial production)

Qualifications / Your Profile:

• Completed technical education, e.g., Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields with CNC focus
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience operating CNC machines (preferably 5-axis)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in either Turning or Milling or Grinding
• Understanding of CNC programming
• German language skills (minimum A2) or commitment to complete an intensive German course before employment
