What Youll Do:

Support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple communication channels (chat, email, phone)

Assist clients before and after their campaigns, ensuring a smooth experience with self-service ad tools

Resolve issues efficiently and deliver clear, proactive communication

Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve client performance

Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and enhance the platform
What You Bring:

Native-level French (spoken and written)

English proficiency (B2 minimum)

Strong communication & customer service skills

Familiarity with social media and digital advertising tools

Flexibility to work in shifts, including rotating weekends
