Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ERP Delivery Manager / Senior Healthcare Business Specialist with strong expertise in healthcare delivery processes and large-scale ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end ERP project lifecycles, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and extensive experience working with ERP platforms such as Infor/Lawson, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. The candidate will also be responsible for stakeholder management, risk mitigation, scope governance, and ensuring delivery quality across all phases of the program.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle ERP delivery across design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization phases.
- Manage scope, budget, timelines, and change control processes to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Business Analysts, consultants, and vendors.
- Build strong client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality progress reports covering KPIs, budget burn, and delivery status.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure transparency across business and technical teams.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and resource allocation across multiple parallel workstreams.
Required Qualifications
- Infor/Lawson experience is mandatory, along with strong healthcare domain expertise.
- 7-10+ years of experience managing IT delivery, ERP projects, or large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules including Finance, HR, and Supply Chain.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and coordinate outsourced teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or a related field preferred.
