Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Technical Project Manager with strong Agile delivery experience and the ability to lead both functional and technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale projects with a focus on end-to-end data integration and Snowflake migration. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical understanding, and the ability to drive projects from planning to execution while ensuring alignment with business goals. The candidate must be comfortable leading cross-functional teams, managing risks, and contributing to system design discussions. This position is 100% onsite in Warsaw, Indiana, with no remote option.
Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid SDLC methodologies.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Oversee end-to-end Snowflake data integration and migration initiatives.
- Participate in system design discussions and provide occasional hands-on technical guidance.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage resource allocation, and monitor delivery progress.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans proactively.
- Communicate project updates, dashboards, and status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure alignment between project objectives and business priorities.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 7-12+ years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on technical projects.
- Experience leading Snowflake data migration and integration projects.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC processes.
- Ability to contribute to system design, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Experience using project management tools for planning and reporting.
- PMP or Agile certifications (Scrum Master) preferred but not mandatory.
