Job Summary
We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Specialist with 5+ years of experience to design, configure, and implement IT Operations Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB, and will play a key role in optimizing IT infrastructure, automating processes, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration).
- Gather requirements and translate them into scalable ITOM solutions.
- Ensure CMDB data accuracy, health, and governance.
- Automate IT operations workflows and integrate ServiceNow with external monitoring/enterprise systems.
- Provide support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for ITOM modules.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align ITOM solutions with organizational goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITOM experience with at least 2 full implementations.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and automation/orchestration workflows.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
