Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist / SAP BODS Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Data Services, data migration, and enterprise data integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing ETL pipelines, managing data models, and supporting large-scale SAP and data warehouse environments. This role requires solid technical skills, strong communication, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL pipelines using SAP BODS for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Build and maintain data models, schemas, and DWH structures to support analytics and reporting.
• Optimize data processing, storage, and database performance for large datasets.
• Collaborate with analysts and data teams to support BI and analytics requirements.
• Implement data governance, quality checks, and documentation standards.
• Develop integration solutions across SAP and third-party systems.
• Support DevOps/DataOps workflows, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior team members and support reviews and best-practice adoption.

Required Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience with SAP BODS, ETL development, and data migration.
• Strong skills in Oracle, SQL, DWH concepts, and performance tuning.
• Experience with SAP DI, data modeling, and enterprise data integration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
