MantaRay NM Engineer

Simarn Solutions is seeking MantaRay NM Engineer to work for our telecom client. Individual will specialize in deploying and maintaining the MantaRay Network Management (NM) platform, which is integral to managing multi-technology mobile networks, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G. This role involves ensuring network efficiency, reliability, and the implementation of AI-driven automation for operations and energy management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Deployment & Maintenance: Install, upgrade, and maintain MantaRay NM software, ensuring seamless integration with existing network elements.
• Network Configuration Management: Manage configurations across various network technologies, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with operational standards.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support, both remotely and on-site, to resolve network issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Automation & AI Integration: Implement AI/ML-based solutions for network automation, optimization, and predictive maintenance to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including radio planning and operations, to ensure cohesive network management and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with MantaRay NM applications in a telecom environment.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in OSS Network Elements, including MantaRay NM, NSP-NFM-P, CBIS, and CBAM.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms such as VMware, OpenStack, and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Knowledge of AI/ML-based network management solutions.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in network management and telecommunications are advantageous.
