• Creating the network and configuration design
• Creating the artifact packaging for delivery
• Acceptance testing for customer approval in customer labs
• First Field Application (FFA) deployment
• Production deployment at multiple customer sites

Service Tasks and Deliverables

• F5 Load Balancer - shall perform installation, testing, and deployment Services on the following product/platforms following AIM practices and Low Level Design (LLD)
• Gold Standard configuration files (GS)
• Deployment artifacts (CSAR)
• ATP Test Cases updates
• Progress Reports
• Action Register, Risk tracker
• Meeting minutes
• JIRA tickets and reports
• MOPs
• CR follow up
• Care handover
• Security audit report
