Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Architect to design, build, and deploy advanced generative AI systems. The role involves architecting end-to-end AI solutions, selecting appropriate foundation models, designing LLM applications, integrating AI into enterprise platforms, and ensuring responsible AI practices. The architect will lead technical direction, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and drive innovation across AI initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end generative AI solutions across text, image, audio, and multimodal formats.
- Evaluate and select suitable foundation models (GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
- Lead custom LLM development including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RLHF, and optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and data science teams for AI integration.
- Ensure responsible AI practices covering fairness, privacy, and explainability.
- Guide AI infrastructure setup including data pipelines, vector DBs, model serving, and APIs.
- Conduct POCs, prototypes, and benchmark evaluations.
- Stay current with AI research and recommend emerging tools and methods.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to best practices and internal knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- 7+ years in AI/ML with 3+ years in Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.).
- Proven experience deploying large-scale AI systems.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and fine-tuning methods.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and scalable architectures.
- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG systems.
- Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks and privacy-preserving techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with open-source LLMs, quantization, and model distillation.
- Exposure to multimodal models (CLIP, DALL·E, Imagen).
- Contributions to AI research or open-source projects.
- Experience building GenAI copilots, chatbots, or productivity tools.
