Senior QA Test Lead with Selenium

Position: Senior QA Test Lead Selenium 

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid) 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior QA Test Lead to manage testing activities across the software development lifecycle. This role focuses on agile processes and Selenium-based testing to ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate will lead testing strategy, coordinate test execution, and work closely with cross-functional teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead testing across projects using agile practices 
• Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts with Selenium
• Manage defect tracking and resolution 
• Collaborate with development teams to support CI/CD efforts
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing 
• Mentor junior QA staff 
• Report test results and progress to stakeholders 

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Selenium automation 
• Expertise in agile methodologies 
• Knowledge of software testing best practices 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Preferred 

Certification: ISTQB Agile Tester Certification
