Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Engineer with deep expertise in cloud-native network functions (CNFs) and RedHat technologies to support architecture, deployment, and automation initiatives within a large-scale telecom environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on engineering experience with OpenShift, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and Ansible, as well as previous work supporting major telecom operators or vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and support RedHat OpenShift and OpenStack platforms for telecom network environments.
  • Work with Kubernetes-based CNF deployments, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Develop advanced Ansible playbooks and automation frameworks to support provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
  • Build and implement Python scripts for automation, validation, and system integration tasks.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to define cloud-native solutions aligned with telecom network standards.
  • Troubleshoot platform, networking, and application issues across distributed systems.
  • Support continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
  • Work closely with vendor and carrier teams in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong expertise in RedHat OpenShift and OpenStack architecture and operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and CNF (Cloud-Native Network Function) deployments.
  • Advanced skills in Ansible automation and Python scripting.
  • Telecom network background with an understanding of core network principles and large-scale infrastructure.
  • Architecture-level experience designing cloud-native telecom solutions.
  • Prior experience working with Verizon, AT&T, Nokia, Ericsson, or similar telecom operators/vendors.
