Senior Network Engineer (CCNP, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate network and connectivity issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement temporary and permanent solutions.
• Recommend infrastructure improvements, monitor incident resolution, and maintain accurate system inventories.
• Provide technical guidance, lead infrastructure projects, and support network design, replacement, and upgrades.
• Manage network operations, changes, maintenance, and installations while ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs and SLOs.
• Develop service procedures and client satisfaction metrics to enhance network performance and service quality.
• Evaluate new technologies, oversee network testing and implementation, and ensure timely vulnerability remediation.
• Monitor network performance and capacity, optimize network infrastructure, perform system upgrades, and troubleshoot SD-WAN environments.
  
  

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT or its equivalent
• CCNP, NSE, or CCSA Certified, with Cloud certifications or Azure knowledge being an added advantage.
• Possess hands-on experience with network management tools such as SolarWinds, WLC, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiManager.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cloud networking technologies and architectures, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
