STQ Engineer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support to manage and supervise daily STQ activities such as yield and defects monitoring, incoming inspection and substrate evaluations.

2. Develop good communication skills and coordinate with substrate's window person for any quality and evaluation feedback.

3. Coordinate with production team for all substrate's evaluations and quality feedback.

4. Coordinate with warehouse in substrate incoming and clear inspection.

5. Monitor media yield by substrate lot and trigger for FA if necessary.

6. Develop a strong recognition for substrate defects.

7. Support and manage substrate yield improvement activities.

8. Publish and review evaluation results.

9. Ensure compliance to ISO quality and safety standards

10. Any other duties as assigned by superiors

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Qualification: Degree or diploma in any engineering discipline

• Experience:
  - Engineering degree holder (with/without work experience)
  - Engineering diploma holder (at least 3-5 years' work experience)

Skills Required (Good to Have)

• Strong communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills and soft skills
• Good knowledge of evaluation techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft application.
• Proficient in Japanese will be an advantage.

• Self-motivated and team player
• Result orientated
