About the job Site Engineer
Role Overview
Support site construction activities by coordinating works, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met for MRT infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities and monitor site progress
- Plan, implement, and track work according to project schedule
- Coordinate with Professional Engineer on temporary works
- Liaise with consultants (QPS) and subcontractors on technical matters
- Troubleshoot and resolve site engineering issues
- Guide supervisors and ensure works are completed on schedule
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare reports, method statements, and documentation
- Manage workers and ensure site safety and housekeeping
- Supervise ongoing site activities closely
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Strong interest in construction / infrastructure / MRT projects
- Willing to work on-site and adapt to site environment
