Senior Business Analyst (Fenergo, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to plan design, testing, and implementation activities, including timelines and effort estimates.
• Work closely with business analysts to gather and validate user, business, and system requirements, and translate abstract product vision into detailed technical requirements with solution architects.
• Perform functional impact and risk assessments, and conduct fit-gap analysis to evaluate existing versus future state processes in collaboration with technical leads.
• Design functional solutions that align with CLM workflows and Fenergo capabilities, while addressing technical constraints and limitations. Lead cross-functional teams for a seamless solution integration.
• Document functional specifications, gain user buy-in, and secure official sign-off on proposed solutions.
• Ensure full traceability of final technical artifacts back to original requirements.
• Configure policy rule sets, workflows, data mappings, and UI behavior to ensure high-quality solutions aligned with CLM workflows.
• Support system testing by collaborating with Test Manager and SMEs to ensure that solutions meet requirements. Assist with integration and user acceptance testing, and participate in defect triage.
• Collaborate with technical leads to develop implementation plans, system configurations, and runbooks for integrated systems.
• Assist with migration design and data mapping, ensuring correctness across domains, and review reconciliations with business analysts.
• Prepare and deliver user training materials and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system usage.
• Resolve incidents and conduct root cause analysis, escalating issues to the Project Manager as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in banking, financial institutions, or consulting.
• Strong logical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive approach.
• Demonstrated ownership and responsibility in tasks.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus.
• Technical background and understanding of the SDLC cycle are beneficial.
• Knowledge of CLM and Fenergo products is an advantage.
