Tunnel Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, budgeting and resources identification, deployment and control.
• Manage and monitor projects progress to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain strict adherence to budget guidelines.
• Ensure compliance to quality and safety standards for all site activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and subcontractors / suppliers.
• Conduct site investigations, geological analysis, design development, and supervision of tunnelling activities.
• Provide engineering supervision to bored tunnelling operation, including final ring selection and selection of key.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in structural, civil, geotechnical or construction related engineering.
• Possessing Advanced Certificate in Construction Productivity (ACCP) and/or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) is an advantage.
• At least 5-years of engineering experience with minimum 3 years in LTA / tunnelling / MRT projects.
• Must have strong technical knowledge in ERSS, bored piling, grouting etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• LTA project located alongside AYE & Jurong Town Hall Road.
• 6 days work week, 12 hours rotating shift
