Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract – 1 Year)

Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park
Salary: S$3,700 – S$4,500 per month

About the Role

Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our hiring efforts across business functions, with a strong focus on intern and early-career recruitment. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive candidate experience — from first contact through onboarding — while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet talent needs.

What Youll Do

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding, using in-house systems such as Oracle, Eightfold, and ServiceNow

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms

  • Screen resumes and assess candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers

  • Support hiring managers in candidate selection and offer management

  • Initiate onboarding processes and conduct First Day New Hire Orientation

  • Track and maintain recruitment metrics and hiring reports

Campus Branding & Engagement

  • Support campus recruitment activities, career fairs, workshops, and engagement events

  • Strengthen employer branding and attract early-career talent

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to improving recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Apply feedback and industry best practices to enhance hiring effectiveness

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition (campus or intern hiring preferred)

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience using ATS and HR systems

  • Bonus: Video editing and photography skills
