M&E Supervisor | Building & Construction | Central

Jobscope:

• Attend daily subcontractor meetings to discuss M&E site issues and progress.
• Monitor site progress and safety compliance of subcontractors and report issues to supervisors.
• Ensure subcontractor work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist with site inspections together with RE/RTO and follow up on comments.
• Maintain proper records of inspection forms for documentation and reference.
• Communicate with workers, subcontractors, and site staff to resolve site matters.
• Ensure good construction practices and site standards are followed.
• Support site safety and environmental programs led by the project team.
• Attend relevant training or courses to improve skills and knowledge.
• Assist the project team with additional tasks when required.
• Guide new M&E supervisors when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in M&E Supervision (preferably in Data center, industrial or commercial projects).
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, codes and construction practices.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision, cordination and inspection processes.
• Experience in site supervision, coordination, and inspections
• Able to monitor subcontractor work and ensure compliance with drawings
• Familiar with site inspections with RE / RTO
• Knowledge of BCA site practices and safety requirements
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and resolve site issues
• Basic involvement in EHS / site safety programs.
