Technical Lead (.Net, Permanent, Banking)

You will design, develop, and optimize middleware solutions, ensuring theyre scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Youll also provide ongoing support and improvements to critical business applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize CLM Manager middleware components.
• Drive improvements to support new business needs and system integrations.
• Provide BAU support, resolve incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
• Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Support deployment, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Guide and mentor team members and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation for incidents, solutions, and releases.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-7 years in .Net development (preferably C#), with experience in Azure and cloud-native apps.
• Banking or financial institution experience preferred.
• Experience with Azure Functions, SDLC, and agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex technical challenges.
• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems is a plus.
