Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational excellence for our manufacturing business. In addition to ensuring efficient and competitive manufacturing operations. Plays a key role in driving profitable growth, strengthening customer relationships, and fostering a high-performance culture with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Jobscope:
- Define, develop, and implement the companys vision, strategy, and long-term business plans
- Develop and execute robust sales and marketing strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and market-share objectives; build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Lead the annual business planning, budgeting, and performance review processes
- Oversee all manufacturing operations, including production, engineering, maintenance, and facilities management
- Ensure achievement of production targets in terms of cost, quality, delivery, and safety (CQDS)
- Assume full responsibility for profitability, cost control, cash flow, and overall financial performance, supported by a strong commercial and market-driven mindset
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, financial reports, and operational performance metrics, ensuring timely corrective actions
- Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team, fostering accountability and leadership excellence
- Build and sustain a performance-driven, continuous improvement culture
- Ensure effective workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelors degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration or Engineering, Manufacturing
- At least 5–8 years in a senior leadership role (MD, GM, Plant Manager, Operations Manager)
- Strong networking capability and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, and ability to work across functions
- Proven track record in sales leadership and/or manufacturing operations management
- Excellent people leadership, communication, and change management skills
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and execution-focused leadership style
- Solid financial and commercial acumen
