About the job IT Engineer (Production Application - IAM Focus)
Responsibilities:
- Design, integrate, maintain, and optimize IAM processes (e.g., joiner, mover, leaver workflows).
- Support the development and implementation of a system-independent role model for efficient authorization management.
- Gather, assess, and document new requirements and coordinate related enhancements.
- Define needs and coordinate with external vendors or support teams.
- Provide 24x7 Level 2 and Level 3 support for IAM solution operations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to enhance system performance and availability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, changes, and processes.
- Plan and conduct training sessions for users on assigned applications.
- Support productivity enhancement initiatives and participate in improvement projects across departments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel for overseas training at company HQ to gain process knowledge.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- (a) Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
- (b) Familiarity with IAM tools and best practices is a plus.
