IT Engineer (Production Application - IAM Focus)

Responsibilities:

• Design, integrate, maintain, and optimize IAM processes (e.g., joiner, mover, leaver workflows).
• Support the development and implementation of a system-independent role model for efficient authorization management.
• Gather, assess, and document new requirements and coordinate related enhancements.
• Define needs and coordinate with external vendors or support teams.
• Provide 24x7 Level 2 and Level 3 support for IAM solution operations.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to enhance system performance and availability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, changes, and processes.
• Plan and conduct training sessions for users on assigned applications.
• Support productivity enhancement initiatives and participate in improvement projects across departments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel for overseas training at company HQ to gain process knowledge.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• (a) Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
• (b) Familiarity with IAM tools and best practices is a plus.
