Job Responsibilities

  • Analyse health reports for pre-employment health screening and annual rehire screening
  • Coordinate with HR and vendor on incoming candidate reports
  • Address onboarding candidate's health report with candidate
  • cCoordinate with candidate's supervisor on documentation management
  • Conduct health review for Fit for duty assessment and health screening follow up
  • Discuss with Occ health doctor on getting fit for duty plan for complicated cases
  • Manage health Screening reviews with clinic
  • Manage MOM regulated Statutory medical examination
  • Work with clinics to complete required SME
  • Manage submission of SME report to MOM
  • Manage Audiometric program
  • Maintain health activities - National step challenge, yoga etc
  • Conduct health related training - first aid training internal
  • Manage external first aid training
  • Manage learning team's requirement; liaise with vendor and employees on available trainings
  • Manage Employees records
  • Periodic health screening ; biometric health screening ; pre placement health screening ; re-hire health screening ; eye sight test; respirator test; audiometry reports; SME reports etc
  • Manage health surveilliance program
  • Maintain First aid equipment
  • Manage first aid room
  • Ensure sufficient first aid items stocked up in first aid room
  • Liaise with first aiders on site first aid boxes inspection
  • AED, cylinder, emergency trolley checklist inspections
  • Coordinate with Clinics on emergency incident requirement
  • Address Occupational health concerns and coordinate reviews
  • Any additional tasks given by EHS manager

Job Requirements

  • A Nursing Certificate and experience in occupational health fields are required.
  • Possess related experience in similar field.
  • Possess strong multitasking abilities
  • Possess strong communication skills and able to work with different stakeholders.

Other Details

  • Contract Period: August 2025 to February 2026
  • Work Location: Tuas (Company transport provided)
  • Work Arrangement: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (hybrid work arrangement available after 3 months).
