Project Coordination Executive

• Support venture building managers by coordinating with councils, partners, CROs, scientists, and internal teams to help develop project documents such as proposals, budgets, timelines, and plans.
• Attend project meetings, track progress, collect status updates and metrics, and assist with regular governance reporting and project reviews.
• Coordinate project resources by ensuring timely onboarding of CROs, consultants, and advisors, and support project execution from start to mid-term review and closure.
• Handle administrative tasks including managing service contracts, processing invoices and claims, maintaining project records, and ensuring accurate information is entered into the project portal.

Requirement:

• Possess a Diploma in Science, Engineering, or a related field, with over 4+ years of experience in research project coordination, administration, and grant management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, and open to learning new enterprise software

• Up to $3300 Basic 
• Located in One North
