Position: HR Assistant (Contract - Renewable)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Process HR-related documents such as employment contracts, leave requests, and performance evaluations
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Coordinate and organize training and development programs for employees
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide necessary support
- Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures
- Manage and maintain HR databases and systems
- Other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus
*5 days work week (Office hours)
