About the job Regional HR Executive (Compensation & Benefits | MNC)
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation & Benefits Analyst with strong payroll processing experience. Incumbent will play a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs while ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for country/region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Prepare payroll reports and support audits or internal reviews as needed.
- Assist in annual salary review processes, bonus calculations, and incentive programs.
- Maintain accurate C&B data in HR systems and prepare related reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on compensation planning, budgeting, and policy development.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to C&B.
- Support other C&B initiatives and projects, where necessary.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and payroll practices in Singapore.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong stakeholder management, able to work independently, pro-active, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with practical experience
- Good understanding of compensation frameworks, benefits administration, and payroll compliance.
- Critical Work Experience
- At least 5 years of Compensation & Benefits with hands-on payroll experience, with multinational or regional experience preferred.
