About the job Senior/ Business Development Executive

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and develop new business opportunities for the company's range of services, including Recruitment Placement, Payroll Outsourcing, Executive Search, and HR Consultancy. The incumbent will also represent the company at networking events, trade shows and career fairs to promote brand awareness and service offerings.

His/ her main roles include but not limited to:

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation.
  • Expand and grow the existing customer base by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned KPIs and sales targets.
  • Support the manager in executing strategic business development plans and initiatives


Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Preferably with prior experience in corporate sales, telesales or a related business development role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging high-level decision makers.
  • Self-motivated, resilient and driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for a senior position
