Responsibilities

  • Conduct morning checks on the facilities in the office
  • Act as an interface with stakeholders for ESPG regions -(Thailand/Indonesia/Vietnam/Philippines/Malaysia/Singapore)
  • Being the point of contact for FM and building landlord
  • Assist with tactical planning for the facilities teams goals and objectives
  • Manage & maintain facility management tasks as assigned
  • Ensure appropriate follow-up with SEC HQ and Regional local lead/representatives on data collections and coordination on key activity plans
  • Seek to continuously improve processes, systems and overall suer workplace experience and satisfaction
  • Assist with researching, analyzing and reporting budget
  • Work with team members to identify and respond to any financial or budgeting related issues
  • Help support facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings
  • Assist management and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, purchasing as necessary.
  • Support requests associated with Management, Operations and Financial audits
  • Reporting to Regional SEC HQ on facility related projects and updates as and when required.

Requirements

  • Experience: 58 years in facilities, property, engineering, or hospitality management, with a strong operational in corporate and or commercial office background
  • Education: Degree in a relevant discipline (Hospitality, Property, Facilities Management, or Engineering).
  • Proficient in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.
  • Solid grasp of financial processes, including end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
