  • Allocate and delegate technical tasks within the team, especially on complex issues.

  • Promote automation to streamline operations and maximize team productivity.
  • Lead root cause analysis for critical incidents.
  • Evaluate technical changes and identify potential risks.
  • Oversee problem management and resolution activities.
  • Maintain and enhance automation scripts and operating system configuration code.
  • Support the team during complex technical troubleshooting in their area of expertise.
  • Understand global IT architecture and anticipate system interdependencies.
  • Collaborate with peers, service managers, architects, and project teams on technology strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead transformation projects and suggest innovative improvements.
  • Ensure production readiness and operational handover for all new solutions.
  • Take charge of critical and high-severity incidents.
  • Stay updated on technology trends and evaluate their relevance to companys operations.
  • Help identify top technical talent and participate in technical interviews.
  • Coach vendor/partner resources to enhance quality and productivity.
  • Define the required technical competencies for the support team.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions including request clarifications, risk management, and service delivery assurance.

Compliance Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements, including the Singapore Compliance Manual and anti-financial crime measures.
  • Maintain the necessary technical and regulatory knowledge for the role.
  • Complete all required compliance and professional training.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Active Directory and related services.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, including forest/domain design, policies, LDAP, and group policy management.
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with vulnerability management and remediation in AD environments.
  • Knowledge of AD promotion/decommission procedures and RBAC/Identity Access Management solutions.
  • Prior involvement in AD migration and consolidation efforts.
  • Ability to collaborate with application/infrastructure teams for authentication/authorization integration.

Preferred Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Windows Core OS, virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware), and Microsoft Clustering.
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring tools like SCOM, HPOMI, NNM, Tivoli.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Cloud IaaS and HP Synergy is advantageous.

Working Conditions:

  • Role requires rotating shift work
  • On-call duty on a rotating schedule, including weekdays and weekends.
