Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Finance team.
  • Foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee statutory and management reporting, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, fixed assets, inventories, AP/AR.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports in compliance with financial standards and tax regulations.
  • Prepare consolidated management reports and financial statements.
  • Lead year-end statutory audits, including preparation of annual reports and audit documentation.
  • Maintain robust internal controls and update financial policies regularly.
  • Manage GST filing, withholding tax, corporate income tax review, and IRAS queries.
  • Prepare financial analysis and presentations for senior management.
  • Support annual budgeting and special projects (e.g., system implementation).

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/ISCA/CA qualification.
  • At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of experience in leading a small team
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare industry will be a nice to have
