(TEMP 6 months) Production Assistant

• Status Tracking: Update materials status in Excel/ERP trackers daily based on material availability.
• Shortage Management: Monitor Missing Parts lists; identify overdue items and flag them to the team.
• Purchasing Liaison: Follow up on Production Orders (RP) with Purchasing for the factory floor to ensure they are moving through the stages as planned.

Requirements: 

• Able to commit a 6-month contract with relevant job experiences. 
• Experience in using Excel, ERP systems for inventory tracking.
• Good communication skills, fast-learner, and able to work in a team.
