.Net Lead Engineer (.Net, Fenergo, Permanent)

We are looking for a skilled Lead Software Engineer with expertise in .Net to oversee development and support of enterprise software solutions, with a focus on the Fenergo platform.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and estimate development activities.
• Work with System Analysts to gather and analyze user, business, and system requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and design technical solutions based on functional specifications.
• Develop solutions and perform unit testing to ensure quality.
• Configure and customize Fenergo modules (KYC, AML, Onboarding) to meet business and regulatory needs.
• Customize workflows, data models, and business logic using Fenergos tools.
• Collaborate with integration developers on API and data mapping.
• Lead version upgrades and post-implementation support for configuration issues.
• Create or review documentation for system releases and deployments.
• Provide technical support for incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Offer BAU support including bug fixes, patches, and application upgrades.
• Document solutions and support processes for knowledge sharing.
• Guide and coach team members and vendor staff on deliverables.
• Escalate issues to the Project Manager when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-10 years experience in .Net development, particularly C#.
• Experience with Python for ETL is a plus.
• Financial industry experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience deploying cloud-native .Net apps on Azure.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions and messaging services.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Fenergo or CLM domain knowledge is a plus.
