IT Sales Coordinator (Permanent)
About the job IT Sales Coordinator (Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate sales team activities, including procurement and document filing.
- Track monthly sales forecasts and sales activities.
- Oversee product sales management (M365, Veeam licenses, HULFT, etc.).
- Handle contract management between vendors and customers.
- Prepare and issue invoices related to the Infra department.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor and maintain Infrastructure and Systems performance/availability.
Key Requirements & Experience:
- Over 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Basic understanding of IT tools (PC, email, internal systems).
- Familiarity with the IT industry and basic IT infrastructure knowledge (Network, Server, Cloud).
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with both local and offshore teams.
- Self-motivated, creative, and a positive team player.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and initiative.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
