Responsibilities

  • Coordinate E&M works on the project and interface closely with architectural and structural works to meet budget, timeline, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure contractors comply with regulations from Singapore building authorities and government agencies.
  • Inspect materials and workmanship of construction works.
  • Coordinate all E&M works with subcontractors and Specialist Works Contractors (SWCs).
  • Liaise with Consultants, Design Team, and Construction Team to resolve design and construction issues.
  • Monitor E&M work progress on site to ensure project schedule is met.
  • Review codes, requirements, working drawings, shop drawings, and specifications related to E&M works.
  • Prepare, review, and control RFI (Request for Information) related to E&M works.
  • Support E&M planning and coordination, including sample submissions and drawing approval status.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor, including reviewing architectural drawings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience after tertiary education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with experience in construction supervision of E&M works for projects of similar scale and complexity.
  • Good understanding of architectural and structural works to ensure proper integration with E&M works.
  • Experience in underground tunnel projects and E&M design coordination is an advantage.
  • Able to work 5.5 days per week.
  • Contract position for CRL210 Project.
