About the job HRBP Executive

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, fair selection, cost control, onboarding, and MOM compliance.

Drive learning and development, performance management, career coaching, and succession planning.

Develop and implement HR policies and ensure legislative compliance and effective change adoption.

Support government grant applications and lead HR productivity and improvement initiatives.

Implement employee engagement, well-being, and labour relations initiatives, including survey analysis.

Manage employee lifecycle processes, including exits, grievances, investigations, and retirement matters.

Support workforce planning, organisation development, and future skills forecasting.

Oversee HR budgeting, payroll administration, statutory submissions, and HR analytics with strong data governance.

Lead HR communications and build trusted stakeholder relationships.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and Tripartite Guidelines, including contract drafting and employee advisory.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resource Management or IHRP-certified qualification

Minimum 2–3 years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role

HR Advisory, Analytics & Insights, Stakeholder Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Operational Excellence
